据中拍协拍卖市场统计年报统计,2011年,中国文物艺术品拍卖市场1000万元以上(含)艺术品在落槌成交后,在统计周期内,从成交件数来看,234件未结算,占总成交件数40.28%;未完全结算86件,占比为14.80%。从成交额来看,58.81亿元未结算,占总成交额43.16%,未完全结算25.94亿元,占比19,04%。多年来,拍卖成交之后的结算失信状况一直困扰着拍卖行业。
