我院自1993年以来,应用自制纯中药制剂“638”口服液治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)共136例,获得满意疗效,报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择标准:(1)临床表现:胃脘胀及(或)痛、暖气、纳食减少、温熨胃部感觉舒适、喜热饮或口干不欲饮、舌质暗或淡、不同程度舌苔,具备其中三项以上者(舌象必有)。参照高等医药院校教材《中医内科学》,上海科学技术出版社,1982:71。(2)纤维胃镜及病理活检确诊为CSG者。参照1983年全国胃炎诊治座谈会纪要。慢性胃炎的胃镜诊断标准和全国胃癌防治研究协作组病理组。胃及十二指肠粘膜活检病理。沈阳:辽宁人民出版社,1981;134～136。(3)一周内未曾应用抗生素及相关治疗胃病的中西药物者。(4)除外全身性疾病、急慢性传染病和其他消化系统疾病及手术史者。(5)除外妊娠期及体内有出血倾向者。(6)心电图、肝肾功能、血、尿、便常规检查均正常者。(7)无酒瘾及药瘾者。
