目的为了寻找一种合适的分组方法,使得行PET-CT检查时,在不影响图像质量的前提下,可以节省放射性药物18F-FDG的量,节约成本,减少辐射。方法分别对12人次检查时采取A、B、C、D 4种不同的分组方法进行理论计算分析。结果方法 A(每组注射1人次,每组间隔20 min,共12组)需要18F-FDG的量最多,方法 D(每组注射4人次,每组间隔80 min,共3组)需要18F-FDG的量最少。方法 B(每组注射2人次,每组间隔40 min,共6组)、方法 C(每组注射3人次,每组间隔60 min,共4组)、方法 D分别比方法 A所需药物的量少了5.0%、9.4%、14.0%。结论 PET-CT检查时注射药物采用3人次一组的方式最为理想,其不影响图像质量和检查效果,而且还节省药物和减少对工作人员的辐射,因此建议采用该分组方法给受检者注射药物。
Objective In order to find a suitable grouping method, this method can save the amount of 18F-FDG of radiopharmaceutical, save the cost and reduce the radiation when the PET-CT examination is performed without affecting the image quality. Methods A total of 12 different subgroups of A, B, C, and D were used to carry out theoretical calculation and analysis. Results Method A (1 injection in each group, with an interval of 20 min each group, 12 groups in total) required 18F-FDG in maximum amount. Method D (4 injections per group, 80 min in each group) The least amount of FDG. Method B (2 injections per group, 40 min intervals, 6 in total), Method C (3 injections per group, 60 min intervals, 4 in total), Method D, Volume decreased by 5.0%, 9.4%, 14.0%. Conclusions PET-CT is the best way to use 3-person injections. It does not affect the image quality and examination effect, but also saves the medicine and reduces the radiation to the staff. Therefore, it is recommended to use this grouping method to inject the subjects drug.
