以东辛含硫原油管道为例,对孤岛原油和清河原油相混后的流变性进行了研究,提出了一种计算东辛管道输送混合原油粘度的新模型。将管道运行参数优选和节能技术方案的研究相结合,建立了节能优化改造的数学模型,开发了东辛管道运行优化软件。该软件可以指导旁接流程热油管道机泵的改造和改造后管道的优化运营与输油计划。对全线改造前后的节能效果进行了比较,结果表明,改造后的经济效益十分显著。
Taking East Xin sulfur crude oil pipeline as an example, the rheological properties of Gudao crude oil and Qinghe crude oil were studied, and a new model for calculating the viscosity of the mixed crude oil transported by East Xin pipeline was proposed. Combining the optimization of pipeline operating parameters with the research of energy-saving technologies, the mathematical model of energy-saving optimization and reconstruction was established and the Dongxin pipeline running optimization software was developed. The software can guide the bypass process hot oil pipeline pump transformation and transformation of the pipeline after the operation of the optimal operation and oil transportation plan. The energy saving effect before and after the transformation of the entire line was compared, the results show that the economic benefits after the transformation is very significant.
