2016年寒假,王金刚老师工作坊组织大家拜读了付守永老师写的《工匠精神》一书。从看到书的第一眼,我们心里就打起了一系列问号:匠人还有精神?什么是工匠精神?教书匠有精神吗?那是什么?做教书匠还是做教育家?…………带着一系列问题,我一口气读完了《工匠精神》。书中的观点使人耳目一新,我开始重新审视“教书匠”这个称谓了。从《工匠精神》一书可以看出,“工匠”就是我们平时看到的水泥匠、瓦匠、木匠等。“工匠精神”就是专注敬业、一丝不苟,精益求精、至臻完美的精神。弘扬
