工程质量管理是指为保证和提高工程质量,运用一整套质量管理体系、手段通信工程质量管理书和方法所进行的系统管理活动。工程质量好与坏,是一个根本性的问题。本文结合多几年施工管理经验就建筑工程施工管理进行叙述。
The engineering quality management refers to the system management activities carried out to ensure and improve the project quality by using a set of quality management systems and means of communication engineering quality management books and methods. Good or bad project quality is a fundamental issue. This article combines several years of construction management experience to describe construction management.
