本文提出了一种精确测量波片相位延迟量的简易方法。在塞纳蒙补偿器中,只需测量检偏器在四个不同方位角时的相应光强,就可精确获得波片的相位延迟量。
In this paper, a simple method of accurately measuring the phase delay of a wave plate is proposed. In the Senemontek compensator, the phase delay of the wave plate can be accurately obtained by measuring the corresponding light intensities of the analyzer at four different azimuths.
