在病毒疫苗有效性评价中,中和抗体和细胞免疫是相辅相成的两个方面。但是,因为疫苗种类不同,针对不同病毒,其诱导中和抗体和细胞免疫的机制也不同,因此,对疫苗有效性评价尚无统一的标准。然而,用科学的方法检测疫苗诱导的中和抗体和细胞免疫,针对不同的病毒疫苗建立科学有效的检测标准,对疫苗有效性评价及发展均有重要意义。本文就上述问题探讨中和抗体和细胞免疫在病毒疫苗有效性评价中的相互关系。
In the evaluation of virus vaccine effectiveness, neutralizing antibodies and cellular immunity are two complementary aspects. However, because of the different types of vaccines, the mechanism of inducing neutralizing antibodies and cellular immunity against different viruses is also different. Therefore, there is no uniform standard for evaluating the effectiveness of vaccines. However, the scientific method of detecting vaccine-induced neutralizing antibodies and cellular immunity, and establishing a scientific and effective detection standard for different virus vaccines are of great significance for the evaluation and development of vaccine effectiveness. In this paper, the above questions to explore the neutralizing antibody and cellular immunity in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the virus vaccine in the relationship.
