目的探讨不同品种金沸草糊剂外用对豚鼠疮疡模型的影响。方法采用金黄色葡萄球菌感染制作豚鼠疮疡模型,观察金沸草2个品种旋覆花和条叶旋覆花(0.25,0.15 g·m L-1)对豚鼠疮疡模型血清溶菌酶含量及疮疡局部组织形态的影响。结果旋覆花和条叶旋覆花糊剂大、小剂量均可显著提高豚鼠疮疡模型血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著降低豚鼠疮疡的症状积分(P<0.05,P<0.01),减轻疮疡局部病理改变。结论不同品种金沸草外用对豚鼠疮疡模型有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different varieties of jambuca paste on the guinea pig sore model. Methods The model of guinea pig sores were made by Staphylococcus aureus infection. The content of lysozyme in guinea pig sore model and the effect of Inula officinalis (0.25,0.15 g · mL -1) Effect of local tissue morphology of sores. Results The results showed that the contents of lysozyme in guinea pig sore model significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01), and significantly decreased the symptom score of guinea pig sore , P <0.01), reduce the local pathological changes of sores. Conclusion Different varieties of boiling water on the guinea pig sore model has a good therapeutic effect.
