对自制乙醇法漂白麦草浆进行木聚糖酶和碱处理,旨在提高精制浆的α-纤维素含量及白度等。结果表明,采用木聚糖酶和碱处理,可进一步提高浆料中α-纤维素含量,降低聚戊糖的含量。在1.0 IU/g的木聚糖酶和5%的NaOH(质量分数)处理下,α-纤维素含量可达96.72%,能够满足大部分精制浆的要求。另外,木聚糖酶和碱处理可以很明显地除去浆料中的灰分,灰分含量从最初的2.08%降低至0.12%,从而提高了精制浆的洁净度。实验表明,采用酶和碱处理自制乙醇法漂白麦草浆,可生产符合要求的精制浆粕,从而使精制浆的生产工艺变得环保,也充分利用了丰富的麦草资源。
The homemade ethanol bleached wheat straw pulp for xylanase and alkali treatment aims to improve refined pulp α-cellulose content and whiteness. The results showed that the use of xylanase and alkali treatment, can further increase the pulp α-cellulose content, reduce pentosan content. With 1.0 IU / g xylanase and 5% NaOH (mass fraction) treatment, the content of α-cellulose can reach 96.72%, which can meet most of the refined pulp requirements. In addition, xylanase and alkali treatment can significantly remove the ash content of the slurry, the ash content decreased from the initial 2.08% to 0.12%, thereby increasing the cleanliness of the refined pulp. Experiments show that enzymatic and alkali treatment of homemade ethanol-bleached wheat straw pulp can produce the refined pulp that meets the requirements, so that the refined pulp production process becomes environmentally friendly, but also make full use of rich straw resources.
