目的了解禹州市儿童头发中微量元素的含量,更好地进行儿童营养发育指导。方法采集禹州市疾病预防控制中心门诊部就诊的0~8岁儿童头发,进行锌、钙、铁、铜4种微量元素检测。结果儿童缺锌最多(25.60℅),其次是缺钙(20.70℅)、缺铁(18.70℅),发铜异常较为少见(3.66℅)。各种微量元素缺乏或过多在性别分布上无统计学意义,但在年龄上有统计学意义,发锌和发铁随年龄的增加缺乏人数逐渐减少,发钙随着年龄的增加缺乏人数逐渐增多。结论儿童生长发育最快时期,最容易缺乏锌、铁、钙微量元素。
Objective To understand the content of trace elements in the hair of children in Yuzhou and to better guide the development of children’s nutrition. Methods The hair of children aged 0 ~ 8 years old from outpatient department of Yuzhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention was collected for the detection of 4 trace elements of zinc, calcium, iron and copper. Results Child zinc deficiency was the highest (25.60%), followed by calcium deficiency (20.70%), iron deficiency (18.70%), and copper abnormalities were rare (3.66%). Lack of or excessive trace elements in the distribution of gender was not statistically significant, but statistically significant age, hair zinc and hair iron increased with age, the lack of a gradual decline in the number of calcium deficiency with age gradually increased the number of gradual increase. Conclusion The fastest growth of children, the most vulnerable to the lack of zinc, iron and calcium trace elements.
