这个题目是最近厉以宁教授与一批长期关心中国民营经济发展的经济界、法律界学者和有关人大代表、政协委员在珠海召开的一个研讨会的主题。会议形成了三点共识:一、在如何看待民营经济的问题上,要进一步解放思想,真正树立道路自信、理论自信和制度自信,切实做到“一视同仁”。二、在民营经济与国有经济关系问题上,要真正落实“三个平等”:权利平等、机会平等、规则平等,促进合作共赢。三、在权益保障问题上,要提高政府公信力,严格依法办事,坚持同一标准,坚持司法公正。
This topic is the subject of a recent seminar held in Zhuhai by Professor Li Yining and a group of economists, legal scholars, relevant NPC deputies and CPPCC members who have long been concerned about the development of China’s private economy. The meeting formed three consensus: First, on the issue of how to treat the private economy, we should further emancipate the mind and truly establish road self-confidence, theoretical self-confidence and system self-confidence, and effectively achieve “equal treatment.” Second, on the issue of the relationship between the private economy and the state-owned economy, we must truly implement the “three equal rights”: equal rights, equal opportunities, equal rules, and win-win cooperation. Third, on the issue of safeguarding the rights and interests, we must enhance the credibility of the government, work strictly in accordance with the law, adhere to the same standards and uphold justice.
