通过理论分析，给出了一种新的DCFC的静态切削参数解析式，该方法可以不再进行专门的实验工作，简便易得，经济实用。实例比较，本方法所确定的结果具有良好的可信度。
Through theoretical analysis, a new analytical solution of static cutting parameters of DCFC is given. This method can no longer perform special experimental work easily and easily, and is economical and practical. Compared with the examples, the results determined by this method have good credibility.
