冷拉轴承钢(GCr15)的脱炭是个老大难问题,一直影响着轴承钢产量扩大和成材率提高,且经常发生脱炭退货。上钢五厂采用热轧材球化处理前增加浸硫酸处理的新工艺,以达到减薄热轧脱炭层改善热处理时表面产生脱炭,确保成品钢材脱炭质量。本工艺操作简单,系利用该厂生产中的废酸液,应用方便仅要在 H_2SO_48~15%浓度、FeSO_4浓度50—90克/升,60℃左右酸液中酸浸2分到5分钟即可。浸酸法是利用浸酸后 GCr15表面生成一层 FeSO_4,使钢材表面避免和炉膛内的氧化气氛直接反应。从而减少了钢材表面脱炭,取消磨削脱炭工序,使成材率提高到93%以上,单产利润由浸酸
