在新千年的第一个春天里,全国人大九届三次会议和政协九届三次会议的召开,使北京再一次成为万众注目的中心。代表、委员聚首,商讨国计民生。一年之计在于春。国家的种种盘算,百姓的件件心事,都成为会议的热点。 国家兴亡,匹夫有责。这里,我们不妨以一个普通百姓的视角,对于事关百姓切身利益的问题,做一番简单的回顾和展望。
In the first spring of the new millennium, the Third Plenary Session of the Ninth National People's Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee brought Beijing once again to become a center of attention. Representatives and members gathered to discuss the national economy and people's livelihood. Year plan is in spring. All kinds of calculations of the country, people's pieces of things, have become the focus of the meeting. Fate of the nation, everyone is responsible. Here, we may as a common people's point of view, for the vital interests of the people concerned about the issue, do a simple review and outlook.
