针对航天测试领域对各种数字量的测试要求,其相应测试设备即测试台的研究和应用就显得至关重要,文中在介绍了现场可编程门阵列FPGA的功能特性的基础上,利用FPGA产生控制信号来对数据选择器进行控制,从而产生了一种效率更高、更准确的陀螺脉冲信号。并且还实现了2路不带电和六路28V带电的指令,同时拥有了传统的数字量变换测试平台和指令量变换测试平台的功能。给出了测试台各路信号的设计方法,阐述了它的实现原理,并成功应用于某飞行器测试系统中。
For space digital test requirements of aerospace testing, the corresponding test equipment that test-bed research and application is very crucial. In this paper, based on the introduction of the field-programmable gate array FPGA’s functional characteristics, the use of FPGA Control signals to control the data selector, resulting in a more efficient and accurate gyro pulse signal. And also achieved two uncharged and six-way 28V charged instructions, also has a traditional digital transform test platform and command transformation test platform functions. The design method of each signal of the test bench is given, the principle of its realization is expounded, and it is successfully applied to the test system of an aircraft.
