目的 :研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在原发性脑干损伤后网状结构内表达的特点。方法 :采用撞击法造成实验大鼠脑干损伤死亡。用免疫组化SABC法检测延髓网状结构中bFGF的改变。结果 :脑干损伤组延髓网状结构内bFGF阳性细胞数 (12 11± 2 2 5 )和阳性强度 (18 5 0± 3 4 8)与正常对照组 (7 0 6± 1 4 1,12 0 8± 1 81)及死后损伤组 (6 5 3± 1 98,11 32± 1 35 )比较显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,后两者无显著差异。结论 :原发性脑干损伤导致延髓网状结构内神经细胞bFGF表达增高。
Objective: To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the reticular network after primary brain stem injury. Methods: The rat brain stem injury was induced by impact method. Immunohistochemical SABC assay of medulla oblongata bFGF changes. Results: The number of bFGF-positive cells (12 11 ± 2 25) and the positive intensity (18 0 0 ± 34 48) in the medulla oblongata brainstem injury group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (706 ± 1 4 1, 120 8 ± 1 81) and post-mortem injury group (653 ± 1 98, 1132 ± 1 35) were significantly higher (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Primary brain stem injury leads to increased expression of bFGF in neurons in medulla oblongata.
