格鲁吉亚动车改造SIV的柜体结构设计受电气接口、机械接口、重量和空间等诸多因素的限制,通过利用不同体积、不同重量元器件的合理布置,钣金件折弯成形和加强筋的合理搭配,实现了柜体结构的设计工作。结构仿真分析依据GB/T 21563—2008标准进行了随机振动疲劳分析,对结构设计方案进行了校核。合理的结构设计和结构仿真分析手段保证了改造SIV柜体顺利通过振动试验验证。
