一、砖石结构砌筑质量事故产生的因素我国砖石结构在目前建筑工程中占着很大的比重。十多年来,在党的“百年大计,质量第一”建设方针的指导下,砖石结构的砌筑质量有了很大的提高,有很多砖石结构砌筑质量被国家评为优良等级。但也有一些砖石结构的砌筑质量甚为低劣,甚至发生了较为严重的质量事故。通过几个较有代表性的砖石结构质量事故的调查研究,发现造成砖石结构质量低劣的因素很多。分述如下: 如某大学图书楼的窗门墙,破坏情况极为严重,如图1所示。

For more than a decade, under the guidance of the party’s “100-year plan, quality first” construction guideline, the masonry quality of masonry structures has been greatly improved. Many masonry masonry structures have been rated by the country as excellent grades. However, there are also masonry structures with poor quality and even serious quality accidents. Through investigation and research on several representative masonry quality accidents, it was found that there are many factors that contribute to the inferior quality of masonry structures. Divide as follows: If the window wall of a university library building, the damage situation is extremely serious, as shown in Figure 1.
