本实验是在哈尔滨师范大学生物系温室中进行的,于第一年11月到翌年4月对春小麦进行短日照处理,观察到经过光照阶段穗分化处于小穗突起或小花突起的植株,每天在8小时的光照下,植株与穗型出现变异,如叶腋上生出侧枝。主穗轴下部延长,下部小穗变成分支穗,小穗轴延长小花数增多等。减数分裂行为不正常,出现落后染色体,不均等分裂、染色体粘连,四分孢子异常,进而造成花粉败育结实率低等。实验证明,经过光照阶段在小穗突起、小花突起期、减数分裂过程,植株的发育仍需12小时以上的光照。
The experiment was carried out in the greenhouse of Harbin Normal University Department of Biology in the first year from November to April next spring wheat short-day treatment, observed during the light stage spike differentiation in spikelets or floret protuberance plants every day in 8 hours of light, the plant and panicle variation, such as leaf axils give birth to collateral. The lower part of the main cob extends, the lower part of the spike into branches, spikelets extend the number of small florets and so on. Mesenteric behavior is not normal, there are backward chromosomes, unequal division, chromosome adhesion, tetradospore abnormalities, resulting in low pollen abortion rate. Experiments show that after light stage in the spikelets, floret prominence, meiosis process, the development of plants still need more than 12 hours of light.
