近十余年间,笔者在上海图书馆碑帖整理中陆续发现杨守敬珍藏的隋代墓志精品四种,它们分别是:《董美人墓志》《尉富娘墓志》《元智墓志》《元智妻墓志》,均为卷轴装,装帧样式完全相同,每件均有杨守敬上千字的长篇题跋,为隋代墓志的研究留下了宝贵的资料,最终核实以上四件为完整一套,据杨氏题跋可知,收齐以上四种拓本前后历时五十余年,光绪三十三年(1907年)九月,杨守敬将其统一装裱后转赠其友甘翰臣收藏。
