由冶金部钢铁研究总院,上海内燃机研究所、重庆特殊钢厂、上海柴油机厂等单位研制成功的MF811气门钢,于1986年12月15~18日,由冶金部军工办和机械部农机局主持,在福州召开了鉴定会。出席会议的有冶金部冯冲处长,机械部农机局副总师甘兰石等领导同志,以及上海材料研究所等二十个单位,三十一名代表。 会议审查了全部技术文件,对课题任务书中规定的各项任务、完成情况、达到水平等。进行了评议、论证。一致认为: 1、用MF811高碳马氏体气门钢制成的气门,经过台架试验和装机使用,达到了课题技术指标。MF811钢的高温性能介于4Cr_(10)Si_2Mo与21-4N钢之间,它的研制成功,填补了我国气门钢这一级的空白。 2、新钢种在冶金生产工艺上与一般气门钢相同,无特殊要求。 3、新钢种在气门制造工艺上,性能良好,它与4Cr_(10)Si_2Mo相当。用它制成的整体气门,代替4Cr_(10)Si_2Mo加盘锥面堆焊钴基(或镍基)合金粉,或21-4N对焊马氏体钢气门,使用性能相当,可制伐工艺简单多了。 4、新钢种有较好经济效益,提高了气门的使用寿命降低了生产成本。节省了贵重稀有金属等。 会议建议:扩大新钢种的生产和应用,在推广应用过程中,进一步对气门小头端面淬火硬度问题、进行研究,并积累和完善钢种的高温弯曲疲劳等数据。

The high temperature performance of MF811 steel is between 4Cr_ (10) Si_2Mo and 21-4N steel, and its successful development has filled the gap of this valve steel in our country. 2, the new steel in the metallurgical production process with the same general valve steel, no special requirements. 3, the new steel in the valve manufacturing process, good performance, it and 4Cr_ (10) Si_2Mo quite. Use it as a whole valve, instead of 4Cr_ (10) Si_2Mo plus disc cone welding cobalt (or nickel) alloy powder, or 21-4N butt-welded martensitic steel valve, the use of performance comparable to the cutting process Much simpler. 4, the new steel has better economic efficiency, improve the life of the valve to reduce production costs. Save valuable precious metals and so on. The meeting recommended: to expand the production and application of new steel species, in the promotion of the application process, to further the hardness of the valve head face quenching, research, and accumulation and improvement of high temperature steel bending fatigue and other data.
