溥儒(1896~1963年),字心畬、仲衡,号松巢、羲皇上人、西山逸士、西山居士、旧王孙,斋号寒玉堂、省心斋。北京人,清道光帝之曾孙。幼年读书于京郊西山,由宫廷师傅教习,经史诗书画无所不精,5岁时奉诏谒见慈禧太后,作对联得慈禧夸奖“本朝灵气都钟于此童”。1911年入北京贵胄法政大学,后赴德国柏林大学留学。1925年与族人溥伒、溥僴等创立松风画会。1928年应日本东京
