1992年6月4日至6月7日,水利部在长春召开了全国水利系统机关后勤经验交流会。来自全国24个部直属单位和30个省、市水利水电厅(局)的70余名代表参加了会议。水利部副部长周文智到会并做了重要指示。吉林省副省长吴亦侠、长春市副市长吕久权、松辽委主任陈明致、党委书记王树声、吉林省水利厅副厅长赵鸿儒等领导同志到会看望了出席会议的代表。
June 4 to June 7, 1992, the Ministry of Water Resources held in Changchun National Water Systems Agency logistics experience exchange. More than 70 representatives from 24 units directly under the Ministry of National Development and 30 provincial and municipal water conservancy and hydropower stations (bureaus) attended the meeting. Vice Minister Zhou Wenzhi of the Ministry of Water Resources attended the meeting and made important instructions. Wu Yixia, vice governor of Jilin Province, Lv Jiuquan, vice mayor of Changchun City, Chen Mingzhi, director of Songliao Committee, Wang Shusheng, secretary of the Party Committee, and Zhao Hongru, deputy director of the Jilin Provincial Department of Water Resources, paid a visit to the representatives attending the meeting.
