隐孢子虫病是一种世界性分布的人畜共患病。为了解我地区人群中该病的发生情况,我们收集所属17所乡、镇、场卫生院门诊不明原因腹泻病人粪便,采用改良抗酸染色法,进行了病原调查。结果:共查标本314份,检出阳性1份(经南京医学院韩范副教授鉴定)。卵囊阳性率为0.32%,其中5岁以下儿童粪检标本125份,卵囊阳性率为0.8%。
Cryptosporidiosis is a worldwide zoonosis. In order to understand the occurrence of the disease in the population of our region, we collected the excrement of patients with unexplained diarrhea in 17 townships, towns and farms affiliated to the district and conducted pathogen investigation using modified acid-fast staining method. Results: A total of 314 samples were examined and 1 was positive (identified by Professor Han Fan, Nanjing Medical College). The positive rate of oocysts was 0.32%, of which 125 were stool specimens of children under 5 years old, the positive rate of oocysts was 0.8%.
