此《手册》是威尔特厂编写的,介绍了工厂使用的装校设备和装校步骤,可作为仪器检校和维修装调时的依据。在装校仪器时要注意特殊结构。如:测微架下有一定位钢珠(图4中之Q),复装时要装回,免得玻璃测微盘触到支架,在拧紧固定螺钉时,将测微盘挤碎。在《手册》中对这些容易发生事故的部位都特别用注意加以标明!对卸装顺序,用图加以剖析,简明直观。我们选登了此《手册》,力图对T1(70)的装校有所助益。读者有何意见和要求请函告编辑部。
Written by the Wiltshire Plant, this “Manual” describes the installation and calibration procedures used at the factory and can be used as the basis for calibration and maintenance of the instrument. When installing the instrument, pay attention to the special structure. For example, there is a ball positioned under the micro-scale rack (Q in Figure 4), and it should be installed back in order to prevent the glass micro-scale plate from touching the bracket. When tightening the fixing screw, the micrometer will be crushed. In the “Manual” for these parts prone to accidents are particularly noted with attention to the unloading order, with the map to analyze, concise and intuitive.
