1988～1990年收治脑血管意外病人43例,其中脑栓塞患者4例占9.3%, 2例治愈,2例死亡,均死于近期复发。例1 患者,女,38岁,农民。因突发神志不清,尿失禁,左侧肢体阵发性抽搐5小时入院。2周前有急性上呼吸道感染。过去史:风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄10年余,继发房颤3年。否认有糖尿病、高血压病史。平时很少就医服药,能料理日常家务。查体:神志不清、颈项有抵抗、双瞳孔右0.15cm左0.25 cm,对光反射迟钝,巩膜无黄染,皮肤
