中国加入WTO为中国企业到海外投资提供了机会和可能。因此,我们在完善引进外资立法的同时,也要为中国企业到海外投资提供相应的法律保障。本文从中国现状出发,回顾了海外投资保险制度发展的历史,分析了我国建立海外投资保险制度的相关问题,提出了关于我国建立海外投资保险制度的思路和具体措施。
China’s accession to the WTO provides opportunities and possibilities for Chinese enterprises to invest overseas. Therefore, while perfecting the legislation on the introduction of foreign investment, we must also provide corresponding legal guarantees for Chinese enterprises to invest overseas. Based on the current situation in China, this paper reviews the history of the development of overseas investment insurance system, analyzes the related problems of establishing overseas investment insurance system in our country, and puts forward the ideas and concrete measures for establishing the overseas investment insurance system in our country.
