颌面部化脓性感染中有致病力很强的金黄色葡萄球菌(以下称金葡菌)感染,病情严重、破坏性强,易扩散为脓毒血症或败血症,亦可发展为顽固的迁徒性化脓灶,而且金葡菌对抗生素能迅速产生耐药性菌株,致使感染难以控制,金葡菌败血症的死亡率达10～30％[1]。近两年来我们治愈五例确诊为颌面部金葡菌感染患儿,现将治疗体会介绍于后。
