针对航空产品再制造中生产组织形态需要经常变化的情况,通过引入超立方理论模型,以面为基本单位,对单个胞粒进行研究,引入估价函数进行最优解选择,探索建立了基于超立方理论模型的路径链接算法,为航空产品再制造车间作业调度提供了新的策略,解决了以往策略调度不实时,传导不敏化问题,同时也避免了以往策略需要全域搜索节点所带来的大量计算问题,最后以一个算例说明算法的可行性。
Aiming at the situation that the production organization morphology needs to be changed frequently in remanufacturing of aeronautic products, by introducing the hypercube theory model and taking the surface as the basic unit, the single cell is studied and the valuation function is introduced for the optimal solution selection. The path linking algorithm of the theoretical model provides a new strategy for the job scheduling of the aviation product remanufacturing workshop, which solves the problem of the non-real-time tactical scheduling and conduction insensitivity in the past and also avoids the large number of nodes Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the algorithm.
