脑膜癌病(Menmgeal Carcinomatosis)系指脑和脊髓的软膜内转移性癌细胞呈弥漫性播散或多发性局灶性浸润,以往文献称为癌性脑膜炎。但经大量病理检查征实脑膜上并无炎性改变而表现为脑膜弥漫性癌细胞浸润。因此Beerman氏于1912年首次提出脑膜癌病这个病名。本病国内文献报告不多,观将我院经尸检病理证实的2例予以报道,并结合文献复习加以讨论。
Meningular Carcinomatosis refers to diffuse disseminated or multiple focal infiltration of metastatic soft intraductal cells in the brain and spinal cord. Previously known as meningitis. However, a large number of pathological examination showed no inflammatory changes on the meninges showed diffuse ductile carcinoma cell infiltration. Beerman’s first name was meningeal carcinomatosis in 1912. The domestic literature on the disease is not much, the concept of our hospital autopsy confirmed 2 cases were reported, combined with the literature review to be discussed.
