有效教学是为了提高教师的工作效益、强化过程评价和目标管理的一种现代教学理念,是指通过一段时间的教学后,教师帮助学生完成学习任务,获得预期的进步和发展情况。现代的有效教学比传统的有效教学更注重社会性,更体现个体的主体价值。可以使学生在身体健康、运动技能、运动参与、心理健康和社会适应能力方面获得实实在在的进步、发展。
Effective teaching is a kind of modern teaching idea which is to improve teachers’ work efficiency and strengthen process evaluation and goal management. After a period of teaching, teachers help students complete their learning tasks and get the expected progress and development. Modern effective teaching pays more attention to sociality than traditional effective teaching, and embodies the subjective value of individual. Students can make real progress and development in their physical health, motor skills, sports participation, mental health and social adaptability.
