目的研究过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌系统循环取消的原因,采取处理措施。方法通过现场应用实践观察,分析灭菌循环程序中断的原因,探索处理措施。结果经过连续观察706次灭菌处理过程,发生循环取消56次,循环取消发生率为7.93%。发生循环取消的主要原因有灭菌物品潮湿,物品装量超载,灭菌物品种类不适合,灭菌器门不密封以及包装不符合要求等。经过采取相应处理措施,可以恢复循环或重新启动灭菌程序。结论低温等离子体灭菌系统对灭菌条件要求严格,出现不合要求的操作会中断灭菌程序,但可以及时有效地处理。
Aim To study the reasons for the cycle cancellation of the hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization system and to take the treatment measures. Methods By field practical observation, analysis of the reasons for the interruption of the sterilization cycle program to explore treatment measures. Results After continuous observation of 706 sterilization cycles, 56 cycles of abstinence were canceled and the abolition rate of cycles was 7.93%.
