目的建立流动注射仪测定生活饮用水中硫化物的方法。方法利用流动注射分析技术实现在线分析,改进样品稳定剂,通过亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定饮用水中的硫化物。结果硫化物质量浓度在0.02 mg/L~0.5 mg/L范围内可获得良好线性,达到0.9 999;检出限为0.003 mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.1%;回收率为98.5%~102.5%;结果与国标方法差异无统计学意义(t1=2.08,t2=1.20,P>0.05)。结论流动注射分析技术操作简单、快捷省时、精密度和准确度高,适合大批量水质样品的分析测定。
Objective To establish a flow injection method for determination of sulfide in drinking water. Methods On-line analysis was performed using flow injection analysis technique, sample stabilizer was modified, and sulfides in drinking water were determined by methylene blue spectrophotometry. Results The results showed that the linear range of the concentration of sulfides was 0.02 mg / L ~ 0.5 mg / L, and the linearity was 0.9 999. The detection limit was 0.003 mg / L, the relative standard deviation was 1.7% ~ 5.1% and the recovery was 98.5% ~ 102.5%. There was no significant difference between the results and the national standard method (t1 = 2.08, t2 = 1.20, P> 0.05). Conclusion Flow injection analysis technology is simple, fast and time-saving, high precision and accuracy, suitable for the analysis of large quantities of water samples.
