基于抗坏血酸在碱性条件下与高碘酸钾和鲁米诺反应产生很强的化学发光,建立了流动注射化学发光测定抗坏血酸的新方法。在碱性条件下的氧化过程易产生过氧化物和超氧自由基,是产生化学发光的关键。该法校准曲线线性范围为6.0×10-6~4.0×10-2g/L,检出限达8×10-7g/L,相对标准偏差小于4%(n=11),采样频率为120次/h。具有灵敏度高,线性范围宽,选择性好的优点,对药用维生素C中抗坏血酸含量进行测定,得到满意结果。
Based on the strong chemiluminescence of ascorbic acid reacted with potassium periodate and luminol under alkaline conditions, a new method for the determination of ascorbic acid by flow injection chemiluminescence was established. In alkaline conditions, the oxidation process is easy to produce peroxide and superoxide radicals, is the key to produce chemiluminescence. With the advantages of high sensitivity, wide linear range and good selectivity, the content of ascorbic acid in medicinal vitamin C was determined and satisfactory results were obtained.
