本文研究了热作工具钢5CrNiMo的表面放电熔涂硬质合金YG8的工艺。测定了熔涂层的显微硬度、耐软化性、耐磨性、冷热疲劳和耐氧化性能。用分析电镜观察了熔涂层的组织和合金元素的分布。还通过生产现场进行了模具寿命试验。研究结果表明,熔涂层具有高硬度、抗软化,抗塑变、抗氧化、抗腐蚀、耐热和耐磨的优良性能。熔涂层与基体钢材结合牢固,能够经受热模锻生产过程的考验,显著提高模具使用寿命。确认,此项研究结果可在模锻生产中推广应用,能够取得明显的经济效果。
In this paper, the hot work tool steel 5CrNiMo surface discharge of hard-coated carbide YG8 process. The microhardness, softening resistance, wear resistance, thermal fatigue and oxidation resistance of the melt coating were measured. The distribution of microstructure and alloying elements in the melt coating was observed by SEM. Die life test was also conducted through the production site. The results show that the melt coating has excellent properties of high hardness, softening resistance, plastic deformation, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. Fusion coating and the substrate steel with a solid, able to withstand the test of hot forging production process, significantly improve die life. Confirmed that the results of this study can be applied in forging production, can achieve significant economic results.
