从某产品中磁粉制动器的工作原理出发,分析制动器组件在使用过程中存在力矩不稳定的原因,通过对磁粉进行性能稳定化处理和结构调整,解决了力矩不稳定的问题。
Starting from the working principle of a magnetic brake in a product, the reason why there is moment instability in the brake assembly is analyzed. Through the performance stabilization and structural adjustment of the magnetic powder, the problem of torque instability is solved.
