本文通过对前桥总成整个分装过程的分析,在原有前桥专用分装台的基础上进行改进设计,以满足对前桥总成的压装,消除钢板弹簧相互间的间隙,保证装配质量。
Based on the analysis of the entire sub-assembly process of the front axle assembly, this paper improves the design on the basis of the original special sub-station of the front axle to meet the requirements of the front axle assembly press-fit, eliminate the gap between the leaf springs and ensure the assembly quality.
