本文研究慢性胆囊炎和高级植物神经的关系,共检查150例女性病人,年龄18~50岁,病程1~20年。测量了肾上腺素(A)和去甲基肾上腺素(NA)在血中的水平;其中56例行A试验(每10公斤体重注射0.1%0.08毫升)。检查了100例患者的植物神经状态,其中52例以副交感占优势,27例交感占优势,余则二者均衡。健康对照组以副交感占优势者仅占27%(P<0.001),而交感优势者为35%,故显示慢性胆囊炎患者的副交感神经活动性增高。注射A时有不同的反应,9例无变化,5例呈中度副交感型反应,6例呈双相性反应—先为迷走-胰
This paper studies the relationship between chronic cholecystitis and advanced autonomic nervous system, a total of 150 cases of female patients were examined, aged 18 to 50 years old, duration of 1 to 20 years. The levels of epinephrine (A) and norepinephrine (NA) in the blood were measured; 56 of them underwent A test (0.1% 0.08 ml per 10 kg body weight). The autonomic status was examined in 100 patients, of which 52 were predominantly parasympathetic, 27 sympathetic, and the rest balanced. In the healthy control group, parasympathetic predominance accounted for only 27% (P <0.001), and sympathetic predominance was 35%, so the patients with chronic cholecystitis showed increased parasympathetic activity.
