介绍了用静电位极化曲线法,对固井外包水泥环的金属套管样品的腐蚀速率进行研究,多组测试结果表明:包覆不同缓蚀剂配方的水泥,采用不同浇注方式形成的水泥环,对金属套管的相对腐蚀速率不同.不同缓蚀剂配方水泥的抗腐蚀能力可提高63%;浇注方式不同,抗腐蚀能力可提高约1.3倍.为选择最佳缓蚀剂水泥配方及浇注方式提供了理论依据,也为外包水泥环金属套管的相对腐蚀速率测定,提供了一种新的电化学测试方法,具有一定的应用和推广价值.
In this paper, the corrosion rate of the metal casing samples of the cementing outsourcing cement sheath is introduced by means of the electrostatic potential polarization curve method. The test results of several groups show that the cement coated with different corrosion inhibitors and the cement produced by different pouring methods Ring, the relative corrosion rate of metal casing is different. Different corrosion inhibitor formulations can increase the corrosion resistance of cement 63%; pouring different ways, corrosion resistance can be increased by about 1.3 times.
