以BHT、芦丁和Vit C为阳性对照,测定了南丹参不同器官(根、茎、叶和花)提取物对DPPH·的清除能力.结果表明,在设定的反应体系下,南丹参不同器官提取物均能有效地清除DPPH.,且清除作用的量效依赖关系显著(p<0.01),其作用从大至小依次为根、花、茎、叶,其中根和花提取物的DPPH.清除能力比BHT强,但略低于芦丁和Vit C.根提取物、花提取物、BHT、芦丁和VitC的自由清除能力分别为8.77,8.20,7.87,9.17,9.71.光谱分析显示,酚酸类物质是其抗自由基的主要活性成分.
The scavenging ability of DPPH · on the extracts from different organs (roots, stems, leaves and flowers) of Nandina ganoderma was determined using BHT, rutin and Vit C as positive controls.The results showed that under the set reaction system, The organ extract could effectively scavenge DPPH, and the scavenging effect was dose-effect dependent (p <0.01). The order of action was DPPH, root, flower, stem and leaf in descending order .The removal ability was stronger than that of BHT, but slightly lower than that of rutin and Vit C. The free radical scavenging capacity of root extract, flower extract, BHT, rutin and VitC were8.77,8.20,7.87,9.17,9.71 respectively. Phenolic acids are the main anti-free radical active ingredients.
