4月21日,杭州市公共关系协会一届六次理事会召开。会上公布了由杭州市公共关系协会、杭州日报报业集团、杭州文化广播电视集团、中国计量学院公共关系研究院联合组织专家学者及公共关系专业人员,根据2012年媒体报道统计情况分析,结合社会传播性、公众关注度、组织声誉贡献度、社会影响力等公共关系要素指标,评选出来的“2012年杭州市十大公共关系事件”。这十大公共关系事件分别是:
