随着教育改革的不断深入和国家政策的倾斜,职业教育尤其是中职教育得到了大力发展,并逐渐成为独立的教育主体,直接参与市场竞争。中职教育不光要培养学生职业技能,更应该注重培养学生的职业素质,增强就业竞争力。文章首先分析了财会人员职业素质的构成要素,包括专业能力、合作能力以及个人素养这三个方面,然后据此提出了职业素质导向下的中职财会专业教学模式,为后期相关教学工作的开展提供参考。
With the continuous deepening of education reform and the slackening of national policies, vocational education, especially secondary vocational education, has been greatly developed, and gradually become an independent main body of education, directly participating in market competition. Secondary vocational education not only to train students vocational skills, but should focus on cultivating the professional qualities of students and enhance employment competitiveness. The article first analyzes the three elements of professional quality of accounting staff, including professional ability, cooperation ability and personal accomplishment, then puts forward the teaching mode of secondary vocational finance under vocational quality guidance, for reference.
