技工院校是培养技能人才的摇篮,承担着为经济社会发展输送高素质技能人才的重任。技能人才的需求来源于企业,培养技能人才目的是服务于企业。企业不仅需要在技术上精益求精的技能人才,更需要其具备团队意识、良好的职业操守、吃苦耐劳的敬业精神,并且能够适应企业不断发展要求的潜力的能力。技工院校为适应企业需求应确立综合职业能力的培养为技能人才培养目标,随而围绕此目标探索最佳办学模式、建立技能人才培养模式、践行教学改革新方法。
Technical institutions are the cradle of training skilled personnel, undertaking the task of transporting high-quality skilled personnel for economic and social development. The demand for skilled personnel comes from enterprises, and the purpose of training skilled personnel is to serve the enterprises. Businesses not only need technically savvy skilled personnel but also their team-building, good ethical, hard-working dedication and ability to adapt to the potential of a company’s continually evolving requirements. In order to meet the needs of enterprises, technical institutes should set up the training of comprehensive vocational ability as the training goal of skilled personnel, and then explore the best mode of running school around this goal, establish the training model of skilled personnel, and practice the new method of teaching reform.
