利用Visual C++6.0开发环境和Pro/Toolkit二次开发工具,以金属冶炼过程使用的DDS型泥炮设计为例,建立了泥炮参数化设计的三维模型,用户通过输入不同的设计参数能够自动生成不同规格的DDS泥炮。利用Pro/E的Mechanism模块成功实现了泥炮组件的运动仿真,为改善整机性能提供了理论依据,从而大大缩短设计周期,捉高工作效率。
Using the Visual C ++ 6.0 development environment and Pro / Toolkit secondary development tools, taking the DDS type mud gun design used in the metal smelting process as an example, the three-dimensional model of the mud gun parametric design is established. By inputting different design parameters, Automatically generate different specifications of DDS mud gun. The use of Pro / E Mechanism module successfully achieved the motion simulation of mud gun components, to provide a theoretical basis for improving the overall performance, thus greatly reducing the design cycle and improve efficiency.
