初中学生是人生发展和思想道德形成的关键时期，了解这一阶段学生的思想道德状况，有针对性地加强思想道德教育，引导和帮助学生形成健康、积极的道德品质和行为，是学校德育工作的重要方面。为此，2004年初，我校教科室、教导处组织了对本校学生思想道德状况的调查研究。调研采用问卷、座谈会、个别了解等多种形式。选取初三、初二年级各二个班，初一、预初年级各一个班，下发问卷219份，回收216份；召开学生座谈会多次。通过调研，对我校学生的思想道德现状有了一定的了解。我们认为，以发展的眼光看，学生的思想道德状况总体上比较乐观，但也存在一些值得我们关注和思考的问题。
