初中学生是人生发展和思想道德形成的关键时期,了解这一阶段学生的思想道德状况,有针对性地加强思想道德教育,引导和帮助学生形成健康、积极的道德品质和行为,是学校德育工作的重要方面。为此,2004年初,我校教科室、教导处组织了对本校学生思想道德状况的调查研究。调研采用问卷、座谈会、个别了解等多种形式。选取初三、初二年级各二个班,初一、预初年级各一个班,下发问卷219份,回收216份;召开学生座谈会多次。通过调研,对我校学生的思想道德现状有了一定的了解。我们认为,以发展的眼光看,学生的思想道德状况总体上比较乐观,但也存在一些值得我们关注和思考的问题。
