去年年低,我被派往黑河岸边的金塔县鼎新镇参加村级整党。这个镇自然、经济条件比较好,1986年人均总收入925元。我到镇上的第二天,广播员听说我是地委派来的整党联络员,便试探着问我:“你说说,整党能不能解决问题?”我回答: “你说呢?”“我看恐怕解决不了啥问题。”到底能不能解决问题,解决什么样的问题,说实在的,当时我是没有把握的。
