研究了固溶热处理慢速加热和快速加热工艺对锻压变形后FGH95合金晶粒尺寸以及晶粒尺寸分布均匀性的影响。结果表明:合金经固溶处理快速加热后晶粒尺寸分布较慢速加热均匀,晶粒较为细小;晶粒尺寸分布的均匀性随着变形量的增加而增加,平均晶粒尺寸随着变形量的增加而减小。通过实验观察分析,固溶处理快速加热可有效利用变形合金储存的位错能,促进再结晶发生,避免混晶和粗大晶粒出现,从而得到尺寸均匀的晶粒组织。
The effect of solution heat treatment slow heating and rapid heating process on the grain size and grain size distribution uniformity of FGH95 alloy after forging deformation was studied. The results show that the grain size distribution of the alloy after being rapidly heated by solution treatment is more uniform and the grains are finer. The uniformity of the grain size distribution increases with the increase of the deformation amount. The average grain size increases with the deformation amount Increase and decrease. Through experimental observation and analysis, rapid solution heat treatment can effectively utilize the dislocation energy stored in the deformed alloy to promote recrystallization and avoid the occurrence of mixed crystals and coarse grains, thereby obtaining uniform-sized crystal grains.
