这几年,随着经济发展,每个公司和单位也开始注重团队建设活动。团建活动是企业发展不可缺少的一部分,他能充分发挥和调动团队所有成员的集体智慧,提升团队成员的凝聚力,一般是以一个或者多个共同的目标,一起努力,一起思考,一起协作,利用团队成员间的优点,取长补短,相互帮助,通过集体努力完成目标。我们科室一年都会举办两次毅行的团建活动,每次的参与人数都挺高,大家的也很热情,反响也很好。本文就以我们科室在毅行活动中的管理方式为例,介绍了毅行活动的管理方式和方法,并就相关问题展开了分析。
