锅炉汽包水位具有强非线性、大时滞等特点,传统PID控制器控制汽包水位,系统不稳定且很容易产生虚假水位现象,难以获得较好的控制效果。针对这些情况,将无模型自适应控制方案应用于锅炉的汽包水位控制中,不依赖汽包水位数学模型的任何信息,只需要汽包的输入输出数据,既可以消除虚假水位现象,又能克服各种扰动。在Matlab-Simulink平台上开发了MFA控制器,通过Matlab仿真,将控制效果与PID控制的变形形式进行比较,结果显示汽包水位的无模型自适应控制系统具有抗滞后、抑制扰动的良好性能,实现了对汽包水位的实时稳定控制。
The boiler drum water level has the characteristics of strong nonlinearity and large time delay. The traditional PID controller controls the drum water level, and the system is unstable and prone to false water level, which makes it difficult to obtain good control effects. In view of these situations, the model-free adaptive control scheme is applied to the boiler drum water level control. It does not depend on any information of the mathematical model of the drum water level. It only needs the input and output data of the drum, which can eliminate the false water level phenomenon, Overcome all kinds of disturbances. The MFA controller was developed on the platform of Matlab-Simulink. By comparing the control effect with the deformation of PID control by Matlab simulation, the model-free adaptive control system of drum water level shows the anti-hysteresis and good performance of restraining disturbance. Realizes the real-time stable control to the drum water level.
